Good view from the rooftop and nice garden. , the room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel location was near to the city center and it was easy to get transport.
The food was a bit overpriced and not very tasty. The room had a lot of noise from the street which made it hard to sleep at night.

Great amenities including a pool and a gym. Convenient location with beautiful views of the valley. We enjoyed trying the delicious Indian cuisine.
The road leading to the hotel was narrow and dirty. the car parking provided is inadequate and can cause trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stand, making it easy to explore the city area on foot. the staff is supportive and the food is of good quality. Some rooms have basic amenities such as TV, phone, and balcony. the package includes breakfast and dinner, and the staff goes the extra mile to meet guests' requirements, providing mineral water and ensuring that tables are ready.
The hotel lacks maintenance and cleanliness, with old furniture and stinky toilets. the lighting in the rooms is dim and the centralized heater only works during snowfall, leaving guests to rely on inadequate room heaters.
